Established Business Qualification — Higher-Value Lane

For the higher-value acquisition lane, the documented partner screening threshold is at least $250,000 in business market value, at least $100,000 annual net profit and strong operating fundamentals. Opportunities above $500,000 and businesses with EBITDA of $500,000 or more may receive particular interest. Meeting these figures does not guarantee acceptance, a valuation or a referral.

What to Include in Your Inquiry

Business type and website (if applicable); your ownership/decision authority; approximate annual revenue; approximate annual net profit or EBITDA; desired asking-price range; years in operation; geographic location; reason for contemplating a sale; existing broker or exclusivity commitments; preferred timing. Do not send customer lists, passwords, bank details, tax records or other confidential documents in the initial inquiry.

What Happens Next

Pharaoh Angels first performs preliminary fit screening based on information you choose to provide. A possible partner introduction is considered only if the opportunity satisfies currently applicable eligibility rules, commercial permissions, conflict checks and referral protections.
