Pharaoh & Atlas operates a curated marketplace for SaaS, software, codebases, digital IP, and other legitimate digital business assets. Sellers pay for listing, verification, packaging, and buyer-matching services. We do not guarantee a sale, valuation, buyer response, or closing.

Seller Packages

Basic Listing — $49 one time

Includes seller intake, a buyer-safe public listing, and a 60-day marketplace term.

Verified Listing — $149 one time

Includes Basic Listing plus ownership and authority checks, evidence review for stated financial metrics, listing optimization, and a protected buyer-safe diligence summary.

Featured Buyer Match — $299 one time

Includes Verified Listing plus priority placement, active matching against Pharaoh & Atlas buyer intelligence, and controlled routing to qualified potential buyers.

Seller Authorization

Before publication, the seller must separately authorize Pharaoh & Atlas in writing to market the asset under the selected package. Submitting a qualification form by itself does not authorize a public marketplace listing. The seller must disclose any active broker, marketplace, advisor, LOI, exclusivity, or prior buyer relationship that could conflict with marketing.

What We Accept

SaaS products, software businesses, codebases, digital IP, licensing opportunities, and legitimate business-asset sales where the seller can prove ownership or authority and the asset can be lawfully transferred.

What We Do Not Handle

We do not accept capital raises, passive investment offerings, public securities offerings, stolen or counterfeit software/IP, misleading or unverifiable listings, or transactions that require Pharaoh & Atlas to hold buyer or seller funds, arrange financing, or bind either party.

Verification and Privacy

Before publication, sellers must disclose ownership or authority, asking price, revenue status and any claimed metrics, included and excluded assets, existing marketplace or broker relationships, exclusivity restrictions, geographic jurisdiction, and permission to market. Seller-reported financial or operating metrics remain labeled as seller-reported until supporting evidence is reviewed. We do not require production passwords, API keys, card or bank credentials, raw customer personally identifiable information, or source code for listing intake.

Payment and Service Start

Package fees are fixed service fees for listing, verification, packaging, and/or buyer-matching work. Payment does not guarantee a buyer, valuation, offer, or transaction. Paid service begins only after Pharaoh & Atlas accepts the listing for the selected package and the seller accepts the applicable marketplace authorization and service terms.

Refund Policy

If Pharaoh & Atlas rejects the listing before paid package work or publication begins, the package fee will be refunded. Once the seller-approved listing is published or package-specific verification, packaging, or matching work has materially begun, the fee is generally earned and non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, Pharaoh & Atlas billing errors, or failure by Pharaoh & Atlas to provide the purchased service.

Takedown and Listing Integrity

A seller may request removal of a listing. Pharaoh & Atlas may pause or remove a listing for false or unverifiable information, illegality, infringement, undisclosed conflicts or exclusivity, abusive conduct, or material changes to the opportunity. Removal after substantial service delivery does not automatically create a refund.

Seller Control

The seller retains ownership and controls negotiations, diligence access, acceptance or rejection of offers, and final transaction documents. Pharaoh & Atlas does not have authority to bind the seller or buyer.
